These guys are honest and hardworking. I just wanted to say thank you for the great service I received on my Volvo. I'll be bringing it back here any time I need any type of service.
These guys shouldn't work on European cars. I took my S4 here and did their recommended fixes/maintenance (tie rods and upper control arms) only to find out later from Audi that none of it needed to be done. What's worse than that is they broke my front housings during the control arm installation and claimed no responsibility. Robert and Bashir the only two mechanics they have couldn't even get my car aligned on two separate visits. That's right I left the shop with a car that was unaligned AND broken housings courtesy of European Auto. Eurowerks and Audi both confirmed the damage could only be caused from over-tightening the screw, prying the screw out of the knuckle, or running the car into a brick wall. When I called the owner William to discuss my issue with the work done and how dangerous it was to release my car in that condition, all he could say was that his mechanics one of which has only been there for four months wouldn't lie. Great customer service! How much did it cost to learn they should be off working on Chevy's, only $1,811 dollars. How much did it cost to repair what they damaged in their shop, $2,880 dollars including $516 per front housing and $225 for the wrong tie rods they installed on my car.
Went out of their way to try and find the issue with my car even though all I could provide them with was a vague explanation of "Uh, the check engine light comes on...sometimes". The other maintenance I got was priced well and done extremely fast. Will never go back to a dealership unless absolutely necessary; will come here from now on.
This shop DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
I have never had any complaints of the work performed by him or his employees. I recently brought him a Mercedes that I returned from Colorado in. He found that it had a bent control arm ,tie rod and a fried front bearing he was showing this to me and it had actually melted the bearing its a wonder I made it back from Colorado. Had the car fixed in and out the same day. This auto service is great and has never let me down . I highly recommend them for any auto repairs foreign or domestic..
SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I have taken many of my Company vehicles to William ,Manager of European Auto.
Very happy with William at European Auto! I had been through 2 mechanics, one for being incompetent and the other for being dishonest, and felt like I was being forced to do my own work. I'm glad I found this shop now I know where I can take it when I need some work done!
