Had at great experience at Wash Fair this morning. Very friendly and attentive staff. This was was the best wash I've gotten in this area--and the cheapest! There are vacuums available for $1, and a good, cheap vacuum service for when you're feeling lazy. You can get extravagant with some exterior and interior packages and add-ons, but the 'super wash' is truly hard to beat. I've been looking for a good car wash for a while, and today I decided to sign up for their monthly package.
This place is awful, it’s a gas station car wash that cost three times as much. No interior vacuum paying $18? Why would anyone go here? My car still had soap all over it, I️ will have to wash it again later and then deal with the soap residue. The tire shine stuff was sprayed all over the tire and rim, it was a mess. The only thing I️ can think of is they’re getting friends to post good reviews, this place sucks and I️ will never take another vehicle here.
I have never been disappointed in their service. Example: My daughter was in a cheer competition. My van was painted in logo colors. After the competition, I ran my van through the car wash. Not all of the colors washed off. I ran my van round to the cashier and they ran my van one more time through the wash. The paint still didn’t wash off. The attendants overlooked the van and hand washed the paint off. I never expected the second wash or the extra service. They went completely out of their way to satisfy a customer. Naturally, I tipped them extra, but because of their out of the way service I will continue to wash my new Jeep at their establishment.
I went there for express interior cleaning and car wash. I was impressed by the amount of diligence and detail by which they cleaned my girlfriend's car! The owner of the car wash, Steven came to ask me about my preference. He made sure that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely come back here again.
Exterior wash was good. I would not recommend getting their interior service. I was not at all pleased with their work. I got a a wash and interior cleaning. Windows were not really clean, you could tell they tried to wipe them down by all the smear marks. The back vinyl was not even given a once over with a damp rag. Car was returned to me and I could not adjust my seat forward so I could drive it. I spoke with manager and he said that one of his employees mentioned the seat could no longer be moved forward after he moved it back. I would have appreciated he at least mention the issue rather than give it back and hope I wouldn't notice. Lucky it was just a penny that fell in there somehow and he was able to pop it out after bothering to take a look.
