I had a decent enough experience the first time to continue going there, but it wasn't so exceptional that it's worth waiting 2 extra months for a cleaning. I've never had to wait near that long when rescheduling a cleaning at other offices. I told them I would be going elsewhere because that was too long and they could not have cared less.
The message I got was that they don't really value their clients much if they're not even going to make any effort to get them in earlier than 2 months out when rescheduling, or any effort to keep them when they say they can't wait 2 extra months (in addition to the standard 6 months) for a cleaning. I guess when you already have so many clients there's not a single opening for 2 months, who cares if you lose one?
Hygienists and office staff are kind and understanding and accommodating. Dr. Russel Bogacki is rude and does not explain care well and felt very rushed. He also refused me care because of my refusal to share personal information. Would not recommend, especially if you a nervous about going to the dentist.
Staff provided outstanding service and were very professional. Doctor made me feel very comfortable and performed a flawless and painless root canal procedure! I also liked the fact that my required crown was made and put on my tooth the same day! Outstanding!!
Maybe it's time to stop accepting new clients if the wait when rescheduling is 2 months. Do they honestly expect their clients to be ok with that? At the very least they could have a waiting list because appointments open up when people like me call to reschedule and have to cancel, but they didn't even offer me that much.
Bogacki dentistry is a fantastic place to do your all your teeth work. I recommend you ask for Diem for hygienist. She was thorough and patient. The overall staff is friendly and they are a family oriented place.
I am looking for a new office that's a little more personable.
I have went to Bogacki three times now. Once for a wisdom teeth consult, a cleaning, and having sealants put in. All three times have been positive experiences. If you hate going to the dentist and are looking for a compassionate and punctual, knowledgeable staff, Bogacki is your place. I travel all the way from Rockville Maryland to visit these guy because I take special care in finding a good dentist. My search has truly paid off. Mr. Doctor Bogacki can be a bit blunt. However the staff and assistants (oh my gosh especially the assistants!!) are always responsive and super nice!
I tried to reschedule an appointment (I called to reschedule greater than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment). My original appointment was for March 26th. They said they didn't have anything until the end of May or beginning of June. I'm sure plenty of people need to reschedule appointments and aren't able to do so at least 2 months before their scheduled appointment. So that means they're supposed to wait 2 months?? Pretty excessive in my opinion.
