Mr Davis and his team are extremely thorough and take the time to explain what the issue is, what they need to do to rectify it and that a repair is sometimes 'trial and error'. They have been out 3x to assist with a repair and have never once considered it a bother, rather, every time it has been their intent to manage and complete the repair with positive results.
