Dr. Anderson is excellent. She took my 17 years old pup for speen removal surgery and she saved his life. My big pup lived until 19 years!! Also, we saw 2 different vets on my other dog's skin mole that was close to her eye, other vet recommended her to put her they invasive surgery but Dr. Anderson was able to remove it without any problem. It was filled with fluid. =)
The receptionist was extremely rude and very unhelpful. She could give me no information and had a horrible attitude. If this place lets their employees treat their customers this way I can’t imagine how they treat their animals!!
Absolutely amazing! I had an emergency at 2:30 AM and raced my dog to them. Unfortunately my dog was not able to make it. They did a great job of explaining what had happened, told me they could try surgery but it would be costly and they did not think she would make it. In the most caring way possible they put her down. Their caring and follow up helped make one of the worst times I could imagine, OK. Thank you for being so kind to my dog in her last minutes.
This is a place I never wanted to visit, but was happy it's here. There is someone on staff 24 hours/day to take care of emergencies. I had to visit at 2am for one of my dogs and was happy with their professionalism and expertise. I also had another dog treated here for cancer. They helped extend his life and advised me of quality of life issues. Doctors and staff here were sensitive to my dogs needs and my situation as well. It's expensive, but variety of specialists here are not available most places in the country. I would go here again without hesitation.
